• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers seeking additional funding.
• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to support their new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Ensure accurate and current lead statuses are maintained within the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in addressing challenges and completing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified leads for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on processes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - typically one week long from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (CST).
• Employment Status - Full Time, 40 hours per week, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
