• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to previous customers seeking additional funding.
• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to support them in new financing applications.
• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with former customers to gather feedback on their experiences and encourage repeat business.
• Keep lead statuses accurate and current within the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems and completing tasks.
• Work alongside Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified leads for closing.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in building relationships and the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - typically lasts 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST).
• Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days.
