This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional capital.
• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to support their new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gather feedback on their experience and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure all lead statuses are accurately maintained and updated within the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task execution.
• Work in partnership with Senior Sales Representatives by referring qualified prospects for closing.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in building relationships, capable of quickly establishing rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (CST).
• Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days.
