• Execute high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in need of additional funding.
• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to facilitate new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gauge their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep accurate and current lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in resolving issues and completing tasks.
• Work in tandem with Senior Sales Representatives by forwarding qualified prospects for closing.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, capable of quickly establishing rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST).
• Benefit eligibility begins on the 1st of the month after 60 days.
