
Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
β’ Perform extensive outreach (120β200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional funding.
β’ Engage through phone, email, and text to assist returning clients with new financing applications.
β’ Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
β’ Reconnect with past customers to gather insights about their experiences and foster repeat business.
β’ Ensure accurate and current lead statuses are maintained within the CRM system.
β’ Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and fulfilling tasks.
β’ Work alongside Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closure.
β’ 1β3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
β’ Strong skills in relationship building with the ability to quickly develop rapport with business owners.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Highly process-oriented with robust organizational abilities.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Paid Training - usually lasting 1 week from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST).
β’ Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days.
