• Perform extensive outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional funding.
• Engage through phone, email, and text to assist returning clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with past customers to gather insights about their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Ensure accurate and current lead statuses are maintained within the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and fulfilling tasks.
• Work alongside Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship building with the ability to quickly develop rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - usually lasting 1 week from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST).
• Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days.
