This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
β’ Perform extensive outreach (120β200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional funding.
β’ Engage through phone, email, and text to aid previous clients with new loan applications.
β’ Assess client requirements and align them with suitable product solutions.
β’ Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experience and foster repeat business.
β’ Keep precise and current lead statuses within the CRM platform.
β’ Exhibit ingenuity and resourcefulness in problem-solving and completing tasks.
β’ Work in tandem with Senior Sales Representatives by handing off qualified leads for closure.
β’ 1β3 years of sales experience demonstrating a successful history of achieving or surpassing targets.
β’ Strong skills in relationship-building with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
β’ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Highly methodical with excellent organizational skills.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Paid Training - usually lasting 1 week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (CST).
β’ Full-time position of 40 hours, with benefits available the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
