• Perform extensive outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional funding.
• Engage through phone, email, and text to aid previous clients with new loan applications.
• Assess client requirements and align them with suitable product solutions.
• Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experience and foster repeat business.
• Keep precise and current lead statuses within the CRM platform.
• Exhibit ingenuity and resourcefulness in problem-solving and completing tasks.
• Work in tandem with Senior Sales Representatives by handing off qualified leads for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience demonstrating a successful history of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Strong skills in relationship-building with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly methodical with excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - usually lasting 1 week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (CST).
• Full-time position of 40 hours, with benefits available the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
