This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional funding.
• Interact through phone, email, and text to support past clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gain insights into their experiences and drive repeat business.
• Ensure precise and current lead statuses are maintained within the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task execution.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by passing on qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience demonstrating a successful history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building with the capability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
