
Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Perform extensive outreach efforts (120β200 calls daily) to former clients seeking additional funding.
β’ Utilize phone, email, and text communications to assist previous customers with new financing requests.
β’ Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product options.
β’ Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experience and encourage repeat transactions.
β’ Ensure the CRM system reflects accurate and current lead statuses.
β’ Show ingenuity and creativity in addressing challenges and completing tasks.
β’ Work in tandem with Senior Sales Representatives by passing along qualified leads for closure.
β’ 1β3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing targets.
β’ Strong skills in relationship building with the capability to establish rapport quickly with business owners.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Highly organized with a strong focus on processes.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Paid Training - typically lasts 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST).
β’ Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days.
