• Perform extensive outreach efforts (120–200 calls daily) to former clients seeking additional funding.
• Utilize phone, email, and text communications to assist previous customers with new financing requests.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product options.
• Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experience and encourage repeat transactions.
• Ensure the CRM system reflects accurate and current lead statuses.
• Show ingenuity and creativity in addressing challenges and completing tasks.
• Work in tandem with Senior Sales Representatives by passing along qualified leads for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Strong skills in relationship building with the capability to establish rapport quickly with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on processes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - typically lasts 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST).
• Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days.
