This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, Florida, +23 more states.
• Perform high-volume outreach, making 120–200 calls daily to former clients in search of additional funding.
• Engage via phone, email, and text to support previous clients with their new financing applications.
• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep lead statuses accurate and current within the CRM system.
• Exhibit ingenuity and resourcefulness in problem-solving and completing tasks.
• Work alongside Senior Sales Representatives by passing along qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, capable of quickly establishing rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical skills paired with problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized and process-focused with robust organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST).
• Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits starting the 1st of the month after 60 days.
