Junior Influencer Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Maintain precise records and rosters for creators, along with internal databases.

• Update and oversee creator profiles and rosters.

• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding procedures for creators.

• Ensure that creator information is up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible.

• Provide support for daily operations within the Creator Management team.

• Keep track of reports, documentation, and maintain internal trackers.

• Organize creator assets, insights, and performance metrics.

• Aid in enhancing internal workflows and processes.

• Coordinate product gifting and public relations opportunities with creators.

• Monitor and document gifting partnerships.

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and creators regarding opportunities.

• Develop and maintain lists of creator referrals and prospects.

• Assist team initiatives through research and organization of data.

• Progress towards a more campaign-oriented Campaign Manager position over time.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and effectively prioritizing them.

• Interest in influencer marketing or the creator economy.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with spreadsheets or data tracking is advantageous.

• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills are essential.

• Ability to engage frequently with English-speaking clients, creators, and team members.
