This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Providing support to the legal department of the joint-stock company in daily tasks;
• Assisting in the preparation and review of drafts of letters, regulations, and other internal acts of the joint-stock company and other entities within the Group, as well as documentation related to employment;
• Continuously monitoring changes in legislation relevant to the operations of the Group's companies;
• Supporting corporate governance within the Group and providing legal assistance to the Group's companies in the area of employment.
• Completed at least the third year of law studies (holding the status of a first-year trainee in legal practice will be an additional advantage);
• A minimum of 1 year of substantive experience working in the legal department of a company or in a law firm specializing in servicing business entities or providing legal advice in the area of employment - this is a mandatory requirement;
• Excellent command of the English language (at a level that allows for fluent communication and preparation of legal documentation) - this is a mandatory requirement;
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage;
• Practical knowledge of civil law, with particular emphasis on commercial company law or employment law;
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite;
• Attention to detail, commitment, and independence in executing assigned tasks.
• Collaboration based on a contract of mandate or B2B;
• Building experience in a developing international organization striving for leadership in Europe and globally;
