Junior Immigration Lawyer – Partner Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Step in to provide certified legal advice when needed by our global mobility experts or when cases require escalation.

• Take ownership and manage comprehensive immigration processes, including naturalization, permanent residency, EU Blue Card, D-Visa, family reunification, and various visa, residence, or work permit applications independently.

• Offer direct client assistance regarding case-specific legal inquiries and required documentation.

• Manage all communication and correspondence with immigration authorities, taking proactive measures to escalate cases if responses are not received within the stipulated timeframes.

• Examine and verify applications and accompanying documents to ensure compliance with German immigration regulations.

• Utilize our AI-driven platform that automates routine tasks and prepares files for your expert evaluation.

• Collaborate with relokate’s global mobility and relocation specialists to guarantee a smooth and seamless experience for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A qualified lawyer with a specialization in immigration law.

• Certified or formally authorized to deliver immigration legal services in Germany.

• Initial professional experience of 1 to 3 years in immigration, administrative, or labor law.

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken skills.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to gain experience in immigration law.

• Interested in legal technology and willing to engage with AI-driven tools.
