This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Provide support for client projects centered on human capital, workforce, and organizational efficiency.
β’ Aid in workforce planning, job assessment, competency modeling, and talent management strategies.
β’ Gather, organize, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative workforce data.
β’ Conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys, and various information-gathering activities.
β’ Investigate HR trends, best practices, policies, and workforce management techniques.
β’ Create reports, presentations, guides, training resources, and deliverables for clients.
β’ Summarize findings and clearly communicate recommendations to project teams and clients.
β’ Carry out quality reviews to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and professionalism of deliverables.
β’ Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts across various projects.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration, Public Policy, Communications, Political Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
β’ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
β’ Initiative, adaptability, and a desire to learn.
β’ Professional writing and presentation skills.
β’ Relevant professional experience in Human Resources, recruiting, talent management, training, organizational development, or workforce planning is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Federal government or public-sector organizations.
β’ Understanding of HR principles, employment lifecycle practices, or workforce management concepts.
β’ Experience in supporting research, data analysis, employee engagement initiatives, training programs, or organizational projects.
β’ Familiarity with U.S. Congress/legislative branch organizations is an advantage.
β’ Interest in pursuing professional certifications such as the PHR or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
β’ Learn directly from seasoned Human Capital and HR professionals.
β’ Develop consulting, analytical, and project management expertise.
β’ Gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines and organizational challenges.
β’ Contribute to projects that support Federal agencies and legislative branch organizations.
β’ Cultivate expertise in workforce management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
