Junior Healthcare IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervising the execution of workstreams for a large-scale EHR implementation.

• Overseeing crucial areas such as Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment.

• Promoting collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management.

• Identifying risks, addressing issues, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is mandatory.

• Experience in Healthcare IT is preferred (60–70%).

• Proven track record in supporting projects related to patient demographics, clinical data, or healthcare data platforms.

• Familiarity with healthcare imaging workflows (including DICOM, radiology, CT/X-ray imaging programs) is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams that deliver data transformation or integration projects.

• Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing multi-vendor environments.

• Strong skills in risk management, dependency management, and governance.

• Capability to communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Must meet the pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal and be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance through the Government.
