This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the analysis of GTM business needs by integrating insights from sales, channel, and field into actionable enablement requirements.
• Create and implement enablement programs and assets in various formats that convert GTM priorities into practical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn inputs into enablement programs and assets that promote consistent execution in the field.
• Showcase the impact of enablement initiatives on business outcomes utilizing relevant data and program outputs.
• Ensure that enablement activities align with key internal and external events, including new product launches, campaigns, and industry gatherings.
• Create and sustain competency assessment and certification programs.
• Identify ways to enhance enablement effectiveness to bolster execution in the field.
• Assist in enablement governance to guarantee the timely delivery of targeted content and continuous improvement across the field.
• Support frontline managers by providing insights and feedback from live opportunities to reinforce the consistent application of enablement frameworks.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in software sales and sales enablement is essential.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the capability to plan and execute discrete initiatives and workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt swiftly and drive projects with urgency, working independently with a variety of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies, with the capacity to apply them to real sales conversations and opportunities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate engaging sessions and lead group discussions both in-person and virtually.
• Strong program management abilities, capable of coordinating and delivering enablement initiatives end-to-end across regions and stakeholders.
• Capacity to be self-sufficient, excel, and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to think critically, possessing an analytical mindset to measure results before and after program delivery.
