Junior GenAI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute essential RAG pipelines, encompassing ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and response generation.

• Create Python-based services and APIs that incorporate Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Aid in the development of agent-based workflows utilizing tool/function calling.

• Engage with vector databases and hybrid search strategies.

• Take part in troubleshooting issues related to hallucinations, retrieval failures, and quality concerns.

• Produce clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to transition GenAI POCs into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in Python programming and backend development.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend service development.

• Basic knowledge of LLMs, tokens, context windows, and hallucination phenomena.

• Foundational understanding of embeddings and vector search techniques.

• Proficiency with Git and standard software development methodologies.

• Practical experience with AWS cloud services.

• Nice To Have: Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

• Exposure to Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Anthropic APIs.

• Experience with OpenSearch, Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS.

• Knowledge of RAG evaluation metrics such as faithfulness and relevance.

• Understanding of prompt injection risks and basic security practices.
