Junior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Write, test, and deploy clean, maintainable code independently across both front-end and back-end systems.

• Design and utilize RESTful APIs that facilitate real-time data exchange between utility systems and end-user applications.

• Incorporate AI and machine learning models into both existing and new application workflows.

• Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the entire application stack with minimal oversight.

• Actively engage in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an agile development team.

• Clearly communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Quickly adapt to changing project requirements and emerging technologies within the energy/utilities sector.

• Work collaboratively with R&D and operations teams to prototype, test, and refine new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with a demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready applications.

• At least 1 year of experience in or alongside an R&D environment, with the skill to translate research concepts into functional software.

• Over 2 years of hands-on proficiency in Python, .Net Core, Go, React, and XJS.

• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, including model development, LLMs/generative AI, or AI-driven analytics.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, agile environment.
