Junior Full-Stack Developer, AI & API Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications utilizing Python, TypeScript, and Node.js

• Work with PostgreSQL databases and utilize Alembic for managing database migrations

• Integrate and engage with APIs to link applications with external services

• Support backend development, application features, and frontend integration

• Employ IDEs and AI-driven development tools, such as Claude, to assist with coding and development activities

• Diagnose, debug, and fix application-related issues

• Collaborate with team members to introduce new features and enhance existing functionalities

• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-structured code

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Python

• Proficient understanding of TypeScript and Node.js

• Experience with PostgreSQL databases

• Knowledge of Alembic for managing database migrations

• Comprehension of REST APIs, including API requests, responses, and integrations

• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their role in software development

• Comfortable using an Integrated Development Environment (IDE)

• Familiarity with Claude as an AI development assistance tool

• Fundamental understanding of full-stack development principles

• A reliable and high-speed internet connection, ideally 25 MBPS or higher, with a backup option for power outages or service interruptions

• Personal PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or better; Windows 10 or higher / Catalina 10.15 or newer; equipped with up-to-date web browsers and security software, and 500GB/128 SSD storage

• A headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution

• A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to enable focused work
