Junior Fuel Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Assist in the installation, upkeep, and repair of fuel systems, tanks, pumps, piping, and dispensing equipment.

• Conduct regular inspections of fuel storage and dispensing systems.

• Carry out preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on fuel equipment.

• Monitor fuel quality and support fuel sampling and testing procedures.

• Maintain precise service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.

• Aid in initiatives related to environmental, health, and safety compliance.

• Identify equipment issues and communicate findings to senior technicians or supervisors.

• Operate tools, testing equipment, and vehicles safely.

• Respond to service calls and provide assistance with emergency repairs as necessary.

• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capacity to follow technical instructions and adhere to safety procedures.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Technical school training in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field (Preferred).

• Experience with fuel systems, petroleum equipment, or maintenance operations (Preferred).

• OSHA or safety training certifications (Preferred).
