• Act as a business partner for various stakeholders in the business unit, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D for both North America and Europe.
• Prepare and oversee departmental expenses.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses regarding product margins, price increases, and more.
• Develop business models that address current and future business requirements.
• Create and manage a monthly rolling forecast, providing analyses comparing actual results against budget and targets with detailed explanations.
• Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators, executing trend analyses to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Support the preparation of the three-year plan and the annual budget.
• Provide assistance on mergers and acquisitions as needed.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience at a Big 4 firm or top consulting firms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.
• Experience in analyzing large datasets.
• A proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
• Preferred: Experience in M&A and financial modeling.
• Experience within the SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with Oracle PBCS.
