Junior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the business partner for various stakeholders within the business unit (Sales, Product, Marketing, R&D) across both North America and Europe.

• Prepare and oversee departmental expenditures.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on product margins, price increases, and other relevant metrics.

• Develop business models that align with current and anticipated business requirements.

• Prepare and sustain a monthly rolling forecast, including analyses of actual versus budget and target figures with detailed explanations.

• Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators while performing trend analysis to enhance accurate forecasting.

• Support the preparation of the 3-Year Plan and contribute to the annual budgeting process.

• Provide assistance with M&A activities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Big 4 or top consulting firms.

• Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.

• Experience in analyzing extensive datasets.

• Ability to proactively identify and address potential issues.

• Preferred: Experience in M&A and financial modeling.

• Familiarity with the SaaS industry.

• Knowledge of Oracle PBCS.
