Junior Financial Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist finance teams in the areas of budgeting, closing, and forecasting.

• Aid in the preparation of budgets, closing statements, and forecasts.

• Ensure the effective implementation of control frameworks within O-I.

• Provide support for various business case analyses.

• Oversee month-end closing procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.

• Generate reports for comprehensive financial analysis.

• Facilitate audits and pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction.

• Track business performance and report variances to management.

• Engage in FP&A projects and collaborate with colleagues to share insights.

• Actively participate in automation and standardization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.

• Proficiency in English.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Tagetik is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of General Accounting principles.

• Skills in Cost Management, budgeting, and controlling.

• Highly developed communication abilities and foundational public speaking skills.
