Analista BI, Soporte Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide operational and technical support for the maintenance of technological tools, ensuring service continuity.

• Generate reports utilizing Power BI and SQL Server.

• Conduct data and process validation in production systems.

• Address requests and incidents from internal users within the region.

• Document solutions and processes for the knowledge base.

• Record, update, and track tasks in Azure Boards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

• 1 to 2 years in similar roles (including internships).

• Experience in technical support or operational IT roles.

• SQL Server: queries, database management, basic troubleshooting.

• Power BI: creation and interpretation of dashboards, basic data modeling.

• Azure Boards: task management, incident tracking.

• Office 365: basic administration, collaborative tools.

• ITIL concepts (desirable).

• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation (desirable).

• Results-oriented.

• Analytical thinking.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Teamwork.
