This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as a key support resource for master data governance activities within the SAP S4 HANA environment.
• Oversee and maintain essential master data components, including product master data, business partners, and customer master data.
• Facilitate master data cleansing, validation, maintenance, and governance processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in upholding single source of truth data protocols and data quality standards.
• Design, develop, maintain, and update recurring reports and dashboards using Power BI and SAP.
• Support automated reporting processes and manage report scheduling.
• Aid in data extraction, consolidation, and report automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Group IT team to convert datasets into clear and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
• Prepare and format recurring reports based on Excel and database-driven data.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data within SAP systems.
• Provide reconciliation support and carry out data validation activities.
• Assist in preparing analyses through data gathering, consolidation, and formatting.
• Support financial modeling preparation and data consolidation activities.
• Manage internal data requests and ensure reporting turnaround requirements are met within agreed timelines.
• Partner with the business to automate routine reporting processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in an SAP S4 HANA environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Expert-level Excel skills, encompassing data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation functions.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data governance, and principles of master data management.
• Proven experience in data cleansing, validation, and reporting automation processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to meet 48-hour turnaround deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate independently while supporting cross-functional business teams.
• Previous experience in data management, reporting analysis, finance support, or similar analytical roles.
• Familiarity with finance, commercial reporting, or ERP reporting environments.
• Experience in collaborating with IT teams for dataset transformation.
