Junior Financial Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide initial support to Relationship Managers & Directors in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.

• Complete our Training & Certification program to establish your own client portfolio within 12 months.

• Assist in delivering genuinely impactful advice, going beyond mere paperwork and processes.

• Take the time to understand clients as individuals: their motivations, concerns, and definitions of success.

• Foster relationships throughout the broader organization to identify opportunities and add value.

• Begin to build your own network and gain confidence when interacting with clients.

• Acquire skills to transform meaningful conversations into lasting, trusted relationships.

• Proficient in building relationships.

• Confident communicator.

• Eager to learn.

• Willing to ask questions.

• Possess energy, determination, and a readiness to venture beyond your comfort zone.

• Committed to doing the right thing, even when faced with challenging choices.

• Chartered Financial Planners or Certified Financial Planning professionals with experience in holistic financial planning for high-net-worth individuals, or nearing the completion of these qualifications.

• Motivated to advance your career while collaborating with both new and existing clients.
