Junior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute financial routines for a diverse range of clients

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations

• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts

• Prepare and track cash flow

• Conduct monthly financial closing activities

• Generate invoices and manage tax withholding procedures

• Provide support to both international and U.S.-based clients

• Handle multiple priorities, clients, and deadlines effectively

• Collaborate with various teams

• Deliver customer service and communicate with clients in English

• Assist in financial closing processes for numerous companies

• Contribute to enhancing processes and automating financial operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related area

• 1–2 years of experience in managing financial routines

• Practical experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and monthly financial closing

• Proficient in English, with the capability to communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing

• Intermediate Excel skills, including the use of formulas and Pivot Tables

• Basic to intermediate understanding of invoice issuance and tax withholding procedures

• Strong attention to detail and precision

• Capability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proactive and accountable work approach

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams

• Experience in financial, accounting, or professional services BPO environments is a plus

• Familiarity with supporting international or U.S.-based clients is advantageous

• Experience with financial/ERP systems like NetSuite, Omie, Conta Azul, or similar platforms is beneficial

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Google Workspace is desirable

• Experience managing financial closing processes across multiple companies is a bonus

• Familiarity with invoicing and financial practices related to international operations is a plus

• Basic understanding of accounting and tax processes is advantageous

• Experience in process improvement or financial process automation is a plus

• Experience working in high-volume environments with concurrent demands is beneficial
