This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Responsible for the upkeep and support of Omnicell systems at our clients' locations throughout Greater London.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to ad hoc break-fix emergencies, organized by our helpdesk team.
• This includes troubleshooting, replacing components, conducting quality and safety inspections, and managing time and spare parts.
• You may be asked to join our project teams to assist with the installation and configuration of Omnicell systems.
• Some weekend or after-hours rota work may be required.
• There are opportunities for growth over time into various areas of the business, such as technical implementation, project management, and solutions consulting.
• Educated to a good standard, including proficiency in Maths and English.
• Any qualifications in IT, Electrical, or Engineering (academic or professional) would be advantageous.
• Basic mechanical skills are necessary.
• A practical problem-solving mindset is essential.
• Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with MS Windows Operating Systems and Excel. Knowledge of hardware, electronic components, networks, and databases is important.
• Understanding of stock control concepts, such as just-in-time and MRP, is beneficial but not required.
• Experience in NHS or private hospitals is advantageous but not mandatory.
