📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events.

• Help manage project documentation, including timelines, budgets, running orders, and status updates.

• Aid in coordinating event logistics such as travel arrangements, venue requirements, and transfers.

• Support the onsite delivery of events and oversee assigned areas during live shows.

• Ensure all project materials and updates are accurately maintained and communicated proactively to the broader team.

• Serve as a point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring queries and requests are addressed promptly.

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and coordinating their participation in projects.

• Help with supplier quotes, proposals, and contracts, while ensuring quality and value standards are upheld.

• Foster strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Contribute ideas and conduct research for innovative event solutions, including entertainment, décor, speakers, and guest experience elements.

• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-up actions.

• Aid in budget tracking and escalate any potential issues to Project Leads.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve team efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with Producers, Senior Producers, Project Leads, and Account Directors across various projects.

• Work with internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery.

• Uphold Nteractive standards related to event delivery, compliance, information security, and health & safety.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate events, event coordination, project support, or similar event-related roles.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in supporting clients or external stakeholders in a professional setting.

• Basic understanding of event budgets, supplier management, and contracts.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, including Monday.com, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and develop.

• Comfortable collaborating across teams and across different time zones.
