Junior Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with expert and principal solutions engineers to identify technical and business requirements for clients, evaluating challenges, and converting them into effective solutions.

• Responsibilities include capturing and consolidating discovery notes, requirements, and client feedback into clear, actionable documentation for the broader solutions team.

• Creating initial drafts for RFPs/RFIs, client presentations, and solution narratives.

• Developing demos and proof points that highlight Acxiom's capabilities and bring solutions to fruition.

• Conducting research on clients, competitors, and the market to guide solution design and positioning.

• Maintaining solution documentation and ensuring that deal and solution artifacts are organized and up-to-date.

• Utilizing AI tools to enhance your research, content creation, and daily workflows, while sharing effective strategies with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Martech, Adtech, or a data-centric role (e.g., data analyst, data engineer, sales engineer, or similar).

• A foundational grasp of data concepts such as data pipelines, customer data platforms, identity resolution, or analytics.

• Proficiency with AI tools and a demonstrated enthusiasm for applying them in daily tasks.

• Understanding of pre-sales processes and the dynamics of deal strategy, pricing inputs, and the RFP/RFI process for new logo and up-sell opportunities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex challenges and assess feasibility, risk, and value.

• Effective communication skills, capable of explaining intricate concepts in straightforward, outcome-focused terms.

• A collaborative and transparent approach that fosters trust among sales, account management, delivery, and strategic advisory teams.
