Junior Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop email campaigns that positively impact the financial outcomes of courses and webinars.

• Compose operational emails for current students along with confirmation messages.

• Work in tandem with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective emails.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of email marketing principles, including audience segmentation.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts or email marketing strategies.

• Analytical mindset with a foundational grasp of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Aesthetic sense or experience with design tools such as Canva or Figma.

• Interest in technology, edtech, or emerging digital trends.

• Desire to pursue a long-term career in email marketing.

• Excellent self-organization skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Preferred: Creativity and innovative thinking.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to interpret data effectively.

• Ability to collaborate successfully within a team environment.
