Junior Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance email campaigns to promote various company initiatives.

• Collaborate with teams in product marketing, brand marketing, sales, copyediting, localization, and design to craft campaigns tailored to diverse audience segments.

• Assist with key business initiatives, including marketing for AI tools.

• Evaluate email performance metrics and user behavior to consistently enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and CTAs to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to foster innovation in our email marketing approaches.

• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and scale email campaigns across various languages and regions.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience in marketing, particularly in email marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.

• Ability to quickly learn and manage large amounts of information.

• Excellent time management skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks.

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
