Junior Domestic Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to travel agents through phone, email, and WhatsApp communications;

• Issue both domestic and international tickets utilizing airline portals (E-GOL, e-LATAM) and GDS systems such as Sabre and Amadeus;

• Reserve and oversee ancillary services, including seat assignments, special assistance, and revenue-generating options;

• Handle requests and monitor reservations, ensuring timely solutions that comply with airline and supplier policies;

• Calculate fare adjustments and reissue tickets in accordance with applicable regulations;

• Review and interpret fare rules alongside airline policies;

• Oversee the completion of ticketing and after-sales processes, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high service standards;

• Nurture ongoing relationships with internal teams and partner airlines, promoting effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory (college degree is preferred).

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Experience in customer service (preferably within the travel or tourism sector).

• Familiarity with DCP E-Latam, E-GOL, and other airline portals (such as Azul, NDC LATAM).

• Must be available to work in the São Caetano area, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

• Knowledge of Amadeus and/or Sabre is a plus.
