📋 Description

• Create a variety of static and animated GIF assets for META paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

• Collaborate closely with the Growth Manager to interpret and execute creative briefs effectively.

• Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines across all deliverables, including fonts, asset preferences, brand colors, and overall tone.

• Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance production speed without sacrificing quality.

• Resize, adapt, and repurpose assets for various ad formats and placements.

• Oversee multiple asset batches simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Proactively identify inconsistencies or brand conflicts prior to delivery.

• Engage in feedback loops and quickly iterate based on provided direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Philippines and be available to work during UK (GMT) time zones.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital design, particularly in creating content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients from the US or UK, with a solid understanding of Western design aesthetics, typography, and visually striking trends.

• Hands-on experience using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly) for generating or enhancing images.

• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (e.g., CapCut AI features, Runway, or HeyGen).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Canva.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing social media graphics, short-form video edits, and AI-assisted projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with Western teams.

• A tech-savvy mindset with enthusiasm for exploring new AI plugins and workflows.
