This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Configure, deploy, integrate, and sustain cybersecurity solutions in accordance with customer specifications, security policies, and performance standards.
• Conduct STIG compliance validation and remediation across network and system components.
• Perform vulnerability assessments utilizing industry-standard scanning tools and assist in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Support RMF activities while ensuring adherence to DoD cybersecurity standards.
• Assist in system security hardening, configuration management, and implementation of secure baselines.
• Collaborate with government personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to integrate security solutions into enterprise infrastructures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity and network security issues, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Communicate technical security concepts, risks, and remediation strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and briefings for customers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, security procedures, and system diagrams.
• Support system integration, testing, and cybersecurity validation during deployment phases.
• Act as a technical resource during customer meetings, engineering reviews, and operational support tasks.
• Travel up to 50% to CONUS and OCONUS customer sites for installation, integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance with CACI EH&S, ethics, and corporate compliance policies.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain it.
• Around 2+ years of experience in supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, or network security initiatives.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent), or the ability to acquire certification within a specified timeframe.
• Experience with STIG implementation, validation, and remediation processes.
• Proficient in conducting vulnerability scans using ACAS/Tenable Nessus or similar platforms.
• Familiar with DoD RMF and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
• Knowledgeable about secure network architecture, system hardening, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems in enterprise settings.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and common network security technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% to CONUS and OCONUS customer locations.
• Desired: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Desired: Experience supporting DoD programs or working in federal government environments.
• Desired: Familiarity with DoD eMASS.
• Desired: Knowledge of CSfC architectures and deployments.
• Desired: Understanding of SDN technologies.
• Desired: Experience with endpoint security, firewalls, VPNs, identity and access management, or network security appliances.
• Desired: Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCIP.
• Desired: Experience with Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, or similar software tools.
