This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish reliable relationships with customers, understanding their operations and aspirations.
• Organize and assist new customers through the processes of implementation, onboarding, and training.
• Provide support to existing customers by addressing inquiries, showcasing new features, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Contribute to support resources, including in-product guides, webinars, and our Help Center.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap and strategy.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion and referrals through the relationships you cultivate, while thinking innovatively about how to pursue them.
• Monitor key metrics such as churn rate, time to first value, and net promoter score.
• Test new strategies, tools, and AI to enhance customer experience and your own efficiency.

• You possess genuine customer experience! You have directly engaged with customers or clients in the past and enjoyed it.
• You have a background in a startup, entrepreneurial, or self-driven environment. You are resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with uncertainty.

• You are an exceptional communicator, both in writing and verbally. As a fully remote team, written communication is our primary mode, but you will also engage in live conversations with customers and teammates.
