This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• You will represent 3Shape Design Services as the primary liaison to a diverse group of clinicians.
• Leveraging your clinical expertise, you will engage in meaningful discussions regarding workflows, case outcomes, and the valuable contributions our design services can make to a practice.
• In your role as a Clinical CSS, you will oversee your own client portfolio, acting as their sole point of contact from initial onboarding through to long-term success.
• You will effectively communicate all available design service options and clinical workflows to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Demonstrating services and facilitating the onboarding process for new clinicians will be a key part of your responsibilities.
• You will provide orthodontic consultations and case evaluations to assist in clinical decision-making.
• Regularly meeting with clients to address inquiries, escalate concerns, and fulfill requests with empathy and efficiency.
• Accurately documenting all client interactions in CRM systems to maintain seamless visibility for the team.
• Developing training materials—including documents, video guides, and live sessions—that truly assist clinicians in maximizing our services.
• Organizing and leading webinars for larger audiences, ensuring complex topics are presented in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Collaborating daily with the orthodontic team and leadership to address issues and enhance the client experience.
• Analyzing client data to uncover trends, identify potential risks early, and devise actionable plans.
• Proposing innovative ideas and workflow enhancements to leadership for consideration.
• A clinical background in dentistry or orthodontics is essential—this requirement is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated experience in customer success, customer support, or a client-facing commercial position.
• Proficiency in demonstrating services, onboarding clients, and creating training materials that are effective and well-received.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills—your communication is always clear, professional, and warm.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, along with an analytical mindset to interpret client data effectively.
