This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Effectively manage the requirements of a portfolio consisting of around 30 customers across various business segments.
• Oversee the complete customer journey, from the onboarding process to contract renewal.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ranging from entry-level sales representatives to C-suite executives.
• Proactively evaluate and mitigate customer health and churn risks.
• Exhibit technical proficiency to swiftly learn and educate customers about our application product.
• Demonstrate robust project management capabilities to supervise customer projects carried out by our delivery team.
• Show dedication to continual improvement by identifying and enhancing tools and processes for a superior customer experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 6 years of experience in professional services, customer success, project management, sales, consulting, or related fields.
