This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee significant, strategic initiatives focused on growth throughout the organization
• Partner with Sales leadership and key stakeholders to address strategic and operational issues
• Formulate go-to-market strategies and enhance analytics to facilitate patient transitions
• Develop and implement a CRM tool to evaluate progress toward objectives
• Supervise and mentor Onboarding Specialists to ensure optimal success
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Experience in CRM management; sales certification is preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in health plan or provider sales and patient transitions
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficient data mining abilities
• Demonstrated capability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Role may involve periodic travel as necessary
• Must have eligibility to work in the US.
