This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the designated CSM/CSS to ensure exceptional service delivery for clients.

• Offer assistance in navigating CDK systems effectively.

• Conduct foundational product presentations and provide basic workflow guidance for end users.

• Adhere to established utilization benchmarks and advise customers on best practices to meet these standards.

• Support client training sessions (both virtual and onsite), conduct scaled webinars, and develop reference materials.

• Accurately document all client interactions, action items, and outcomes in internal systems.

• Identify common obstacles and escalate them promptly to CSS, Sr CSS, or Customer Care as per protocols.

• Maintain a learning plan to enhance understanding of CDK products, dealership workflows, and industry fundamentals.

• Facilitate value discussions by emphasizing how standard features and workflows assist in achieving client objectives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange sessions, gather resources, and prepare basic reports as needed.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of urgency; capable of de-escalating routine issues with empathy.

• Strong time management skills and consistent timely delivery of tasks.

• Demonstrates a solid customer service-oriented approach.

• Organizational and prioritization skills; meticulous attention to detail in documentation.

• Ability to clearly articulate product fundamentals and standard workflows.

• Familiarity with dealership operations or business process environments.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for communication, reporting, and analysis.

• Ability to work independently with support from CSS/CSM while collaborating within a team.

• Comfortable working in a remote capacity and traveling as necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to dealership locations.
