Junior Customer Success, Client Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate structured onboarding for customers through one-on-one calls and sessions.

• Deliver comprehensive introductions to the Linkster Performance Cloud.

• Aid in configuring setups and establishing process workflows.

• Share effective practices in performance influencer marketing.

• Ensure customers quickly achieve initial results and successes.

• Collaborate effectively with Customer Success and Tech teams to address questions or challenges.

• Identify areas for enhancing the onboarding experience.

• Develop and consistently refine onboarding materials.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all new customers in the CRM.
