This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the onboarding procedure for tax and accounting clients, guaranteeing a systematic implementation achieved within set timelines.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings to synchronize processes, schedules, and responsibilities with clients.
• Analyze clients' tax and accounting workflows to ensure appropriate system setup and operational integration.
• Supervise the gathering, examination, and verification of documents and information necessary to initiate operations.
• Ensure precise customer registration and tax setup in the systems utilized by the operation.
• Act as the main contact point throughout the implementation phase, ensuring effective communication and ongoing alignment with clients and internal teams.
• Track onboarding, quality, and SLA compliance metrics during the client onboarding process.
• Recognize risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for enhancing implementation processes and suggest corrective measures.
• Assist in client training and provide guidance on operational workflows, document submission, and tax and accounting practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated experience in the field.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to collaborate within a team.
