• Client Onboarding: Support the integration of new clients, ensuring they are well-acquainted with our employment solutions and establishing a productive partnership with WorkMotion.
• Active Product Usage: Oversee the well-being of your client portfolio, consistently aligning client requirements with our business solutions, facilitating necessary business adaptations, and spearheading upsell initiatives. Encourage their growth alongside us!
• Client Retention Advocate: Manage the exit process, guaranteeing a seamless transition while keeping the door open for future opportunities.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development Representative roles.
• Language Proficiency: **English** with excellent verbal and written communication skills; **German** is a significant advantage.
• Energetic and Motivated: Exhibiting enthusiasm and a proactive approach that fosters engagement and instills confidence in clients and team members.
• Diligent Documentation: Ensuring comprehensive and accurate record-keeping.
