This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Provide customer support through phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.

• Fluent in Czech with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).

• Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
