Junior CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Establish, initiate, and enhance CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, messaging platforms, and in-app channels

• Oversee promotional, trigger-driven, automated, and one-off communication flows

• Develop and sustain a promotional calendar for campaigns, bonuses, and customer interactions

• Set up and execute bonus and promotional strategies tailored to different user segments

• Collaborate with audience segmentation, cohorts, and user groups

• Perform A/B testing, validate assumptions, and expand successful strategies

• Track crucial CRM metrics: engagement, deliverability, conversion, retention, and reactivation

• Utilize Tableau, Power BI, internal dashboards, and business metrics for campaign performance analysis

• Work closely with analytics, product, content, design, support, and marketing teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a CRM position within the iGaming sector (casino and/or sports betting)

• Practical experience with CRM campaigns, ranging from welcome flows to retention and reactivation strategies

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like GR8, Smartico, Salesforce, or equivalent tools

• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with Tableau, Power BI, dashboards, and CRM/business metrics

• Knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, bonus mechanics, and engagement metrics

• Capability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently in a dynamic environment

• A proactive, responsible team member who welcomes feedback and excels in a fast-paced, constantly evolving setting
