Junior Creative Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee creative production for various traffic channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google.

• Work in collaboration with designers to produce both visual and written content tailored for each platform.

• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, guiding them from initial brainstorming to final execution.

• Evaluate competitors' strategies to inspire fresh ideas and motivate the design team.

• Investigate user behavior and funnels to pinpoint elements that influence performance and overall success.

• Collaborate closely with the user acquisition team and other departments such as analytics, product, and B2B.

• Conduct analysis of creative testing, providing structured reports for product and marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in performance marketing, particularly focused on app and/or web projects.

• KPI-driven approach: daily hands-on engagement with CPA, CTR, ROI, along with a solid understanding of achieving and optimizing targets.

• Experience in crafting detailed technical briefs for designers to facilitate effective creative production.

• Demonstrated ability to perform competitor and market research, translating findings into strategic initiatives.

• Proficient user of analytical and data visualization tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Excellent organizational abilities: managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, planning launches, and coordinating production.

• English proficiency at a B2+ level.

• Nice to have:

• Experience within the social discovery niche.

• Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation or performance analysis.
