Junior Creative Designer, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating motion graphics and video content for platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and various other digital channels.

• Assist in creating visuals that are driven by storytelling, emphasizing strong pacing, animation, and fundamental design principles.

• Create transitions, animated text, basic VFX, and compositing components while adhering to brand standards.

• Work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and producers to transform creative ideas into reality.

• Revise and enhance assets in response to feedback from internal teams and insights from performance metrics.

• Remain informed about current trends in motion design, emerging formats, and best creative practices.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.

• Share ideas and actively engage in brainstorming sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates motion design work and an understanding of design principles tailored for performance marketing, including the creation of assets optimized for engagement, conversion, clarity, and platform-specific best practices.

• Proficient in motion design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects.

• Experience with Figma.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to receive feedback constructively and implement it effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Capable of working independently while also being an effective team collaborator.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, and suno.ai (Nice to have).

• Experience with video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics, etc.) (Nice to have).
