This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You will plan and manage our liquidity, cash flow, and monthly results while understanding the significance of the numbers.

• You will support budget, forecast, and scenario planning and assist with monthly and annual financial statements.

• You will take charge of commercial project controlling for implementation and customer projects.

• You will develop KPIs that truly drive performance and serve as a sparring partner for leaders and management.

• You will actively contribute to the development and implementation of finance processes, from concept to execution.

• You will promote the use of BI, ERP, and AI tools within the finance sector.

• You will also engage in daily business operations, including accounting and bookkeeping preparation.

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in controlling or finance.

• You have not only experienced processes but have also actively shaped and implemented them.

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), AI applications, and excellent Excel skills; knowledge of DATEV is a clear advantage.

• Strong affinity for digital tools and automation – you critically assess existing workflows and improve them iteratively.

• Independent, structured working style combined with a communicative, hands-on personality.

• Good understanding of business models in the SaaS and project environment, as well as finance processes in growing tech companies.

• You come from a dynamic environment – start-up, scale-up, or tech-oriented company – and understand what that entails.

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
