This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are responsible for preparing and generating regular management reports, ensuring that pertinent information is presented in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• You consolidate and process data from multiple sources to facilitate informed analyses and insightful reporting.
• You provide active support to our Senior Controllers in forecasting, planning, and FP&A activities.
• You conduct ad-hoc analyses and offer valuable decision-making assistance for Finance and Management.
• You play a role in the development and improvement of our reporting structures and controlling tools, and actively engage in our project roadmap.
• You keep reporting files and data sources current, ensuring that our figures are always accurate.
• You assist with month-end closing and reporting processes, enhancing the reliability of our financial data.
• You perform data validations and quality assurance checks in reporting to guarantee data precision.
• You coordinate data requests with other departments, such as Sales or Operations, serving as a dependable point of contact.
• You provide administrative assistance for controlling and finance projects, including during tool implementations or reporting enhancements.
• You possess a Master's degree with a specialization in Finance or Controlling.
• You have some practical experience in controlling or finance, for instance through internships or working-student roles.
• You have foundational knowledge in controlling and financial analysis and feel comfortable working with numerical data.
• You are skilled in Microsoft Excel and can efficiently structure, prepare, and analyze data (must-have).
• You are capable of confidently creating presentations and management reports using Microsoft PowerPoint (must-have).
• You have a solid basic understanding of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Initial experience with ERP systems or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus, though not mandatory.
• You communicate fluently in German (C1) and have good proficiency in English (B2).
