Junior Consultant Informationssicherheit, BSI IT-Grundschutz

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consultation on topics related to information security and IT security according to BSI IT-Grundschutz.

• Assistance in establishing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on BSI standard 200-1.

• Development of security concepts following BSI standard 200-2.

• Conducting interviews with clients for documentation purposes.

• Preparation of risk analyses in accordance with BSI standard 200-3.

• Creation and maintenance of security documents in GRC tools.

• Support during basic protection checks and internal audits.

• Assistance with BSI basic protection certifications.

• Implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) according to BSI 200-4.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., in Computer Science or Business Informatics).

• Successfully completed training as a specialist in system integration.

• Knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz and BSI standard 200-X.

• Initial experience in designing security concepts.

• Familiarity with common IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) and relevant certifications (e.g., IT-Grundschutz practitioner).

• Ability to identify technical requirements and design solutions.

• Proficient communication and presentation skills in German (C2) and English (minimum B2).

• Hands-on mentality and high self-motivation.

• Team player with structured documentation skills.
