Junior Consultant – Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, Civil Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our internal team to assist in planning energy-efficient renovations for hotels.

• Independently develop building models and technical drawings to facilitate energy assessments.

• Prepare applications for subsidies, review the documentation submitted, and ensure submissions are made on time.

• Provide support to project managers within the internal team to effectively implement renovation projects.

• Diligently and transparently document all project phases and outcomes for future internal use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential: Training or a degree in architectural drafting, civil engineering technology, architecture, or civil engineering.

• Proficient in the use of technical drawing or CAD software.

• Experience in generating technical documentation and reports.

• Methodical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a technical work setting.

• Preferred: Interest in sustainable construction practices and initiatives within the hospitality sector.
